Blog Tour: Max at Night by Ed Vere #MaxAtNight

Blog Tour, Review & Giveaway

Max at Night

by Ed Vere

Meet Max - the mighty kitten and New York Times bestseller.

This is Max. Max is very sleepy. It's way past Max's bedtime. Max has drunk his milk. Max has brushed his teeth. Max has cleaned behind his ears. Now Max just needs to say goodnight...

Max is tired and all ready for bed, but when he can't find the moon to say goodnight to, he sets out to find it. But that's not as easy as Max had hoped... Witty and heart-warming, this stylish and beautifully illustrated book is the perfect bedtime read.

Review:

Max is one of the cutest cat books I have come across in a while! This is the perfect book to read to your child and teach them to read. Then maybe one night, they will read it to you! I also liked the message that the moon relayed in the book, I won't give it away, but I thought it was a nice touch.

The illustrations are colorful with dark/warm colors to lull your child to sleep.

Children: I believe this book will be loved by both little girls and boys. The book recommends 3 and up, but you could start to read this to your child as soon as you wanted, the more reading the better!

Parents: I think the story is sweet and something that the parent will also enjoy. Also, there is an activity kit for a day activity, where you could see how much of the story they remember and expand on their thoughts about the book.

As for me, I don't have children, but I do enjoy reading books like this especially after very emotional reads!

I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars!

Thank you to Ed Vere, Sourcebooks, and JabberwockyKids for a copy of this book for my honest review and for this blog tour!
